We offer several options for the delivery of your goods.
Orders over $99 (excluding logo cost) are delivered with a freight free guarantee anywhere in Australia. For orders under $99, a handling fee of $16.50 (incl. GST) will apply.
If your school or company would prefer to pickup an order, we can have it ready for you in as little as 24 hours. Our customer care team will be in touch to let you know when your order is ready to go. Alternatively, you can arrange to use your own courier service by contacting our customer care team on 1300 367 167.
We work with reliable, well-established courier services to deliver our stock nationally. If you need your garments as soon as possible, express delivery can be arranged at a minimal charge.
If your school or business uses a third party for printing, embroidery or other tailoring, we can ship your order directly to their place of business. Upon receiving your order, our sales team will advise you to ensure your provider has a copy of the order checklist. Any incorrect stock can be returned to us, providing it is still in its original condition and has been approved by our consultants for return.
In the event that we have supplied you with a product that does not match your order, please contact us on 1300 367 167 to arrange a Return Authorisation Number. Once we have received your returned goods, we will process a full credit.
If you have a return request, this can be claimed up to seven (7) days from the invoice date. When dispatching your returns, please ensure that the required Return Authorisation Number is on the front of the package and the accompanying form is inside. If a postage receipt is supplied, we will credit your account the cost of postage through Australia Post only (credit not offered for other carriers, excludes sample returns).
School customers: If you decide to return your samples, please contact our customer care team within three (3) months to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending. Return postage for these samples will be at your cost. If you do not return the samples within three (3) months, the cost of the samples will be added to your account and become due for payment immediately.
Retail customers: Please return samples within 7 days of invoice date.
