Changes or Cancellation of Orders
At LW Reid we are focused on service so your orders are actioned as soon as we receive them.
Therefore it is not possible to add or change your order once it has been actioned.
Orders cancelled after they have been actioned will be subject to a 10% Re-Stocking Fee.

Small Order Fee
Our small order fee is now $16.50 GST inclusive BUT it only applies to orders $99.00 or less including GST.
Please note the $99.00 is of garment value only.
Order online and know exactly how much you have spent BEFORE you send it off.
(avoid the small order fee)

Third Party Deliveries
We will deliver to a third party but it is your duty to ensure the third party has a copy of what you have ordered.
(no invoice or packing slip will be included)
We take every care in processing your orders but mistakes can happen.
We will gladly take back any item we have not delivered as per your instructions
Provided it is in the original condition

Returns
Returns are not accepted unless we have not shipped your order as per your instructions.
All returns must have a Return Authorisation Number.
The Return Authorisation Number must be written clearly on each and every carton/parcel.
